Jobtailor seeks a senior AI engineer specializing in computer vision and generative AI to lead end-to-end development from research to production deployment. You will design scalable, production-grade inference pipelines and benchmark state-of-the-art methods against real-world use cases.

We value strong Python and PyTorch skills, experience with diffusion architectures, and the ability to align technical work with business goals. English fluency is required for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, ML, CV, or related field.
• 6+ years of industry experience in AI, ML, or computer vision.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Deep expertise in PyTorch.
• Experience with diffusion models and generative AI.
• Proven ability to take AI systems from concept to production, including deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Own computer vision and generative AI features end to end, from research and prototyping to staging and production deployment.
• Evaluate state-of-the-art computer vision and generative AI technologies using rigorous benchmarks based on real-world use cases
• Design, implement, and optimize production-grade pipelines focused on inference performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Share technical context, processes, resources, and best practices with the team
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing products
• Assess the maturity and business relevance of advances in computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI
• Contribute to technical decisions balancing image quality, robustness, performance, and commercial constraints
• Write technical documentation covering system design, model behavior, evaluation methods, and operational considerations
• Support the team through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and mentoring
• Participate in research, technical interviews, live coding assessment, and reference checks as part of the hiring process
