Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, deploy, and industrialize generative AI and agentic systems that integrate with business processes in production environments.

You will lead client workshops, scope requirements, and drive roadmaps from concept to production, collaborating with security, data, IT, and governance teams while ensuring robustness and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Design, industrialize, and deploy generative or agentic AI solutions in production.
• Ability to scope requirements, engage with clients, and turn opportunities into secure solutions.
• Experience deploying AI agents into real-world environments and leading workshops.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and agentic systems for business needs.
• Lead client workshops, scope requirements, and formalize recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, data, IT, security, and governance teams.
• Define orchestration between agents, APIs, data sources, and human interventions.
• Ensure quality, performance, traceability, and risk control in solutions.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, agents, and multi-agent orchestrators; implement tool calls and memory.
• Implement security, access control, and data protection; prevent hallucinations and prompt injection.
• Optimize model performance, costs, and response times; monitor deployments.
