GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced engineer to lead pre- and post-sales customer implementations for its iRT software solutions across Europe. You will assess workflows, define connectivity requirements, and drive the technical framework to ensure a seamless experience and high customer satisfaction.

This role blends project management with hands-on technical leadership, documenting workflows and coordinating teams across service, commercial, and product departments.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering experience with workflow implementation, onboarding, installation, or deployment activities.
• Understanding of requirements gathering, setup, testing, issue resolution, and deployment support.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, web services, SQL and relational databases.

Responsabilités

• Lead site-specific workflow and connectivity discussions during onboarding and implementation.
• Translate requirements into configuration inputs, workflow needs, and setup documentation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to service and customer teams on workflow discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring customer pain points and propose practical solutions.
• Improve how workflow and connectivity requirements are gathered, documented, and delivered.
