GE HealthCare’s MIM Software unit seeks a Site Development Specialist to support customers after implementation, focusing on engagement, software adoption, and renewals. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, build trusted relationships, and drive renewal activity across Europe.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Technical Support, Product, and Commercial teams to address needs, capture feedback, and reference expansion opportunities. Travel up to 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, contract renewals, inside sales, or healthcare-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital collaboration tools.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
• Eligibility to work within the European Union.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% within Europe.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as a trusted point of contact through the customer lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Drive adoption and utilization of MIM solutions through regular outreach, training coordination, and best-practice sharing.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, identify risks early, and proactively address issues to reduce churn.
