Job summary

Allianz Consulting France is seeking a highly motivated Principal Consultant to join the CIO Advisory practice in Paris. You will lead IT strategy developments, optimize IT organizations, and manage complex projects within a global Allianz context.

You will advise on Generative AI adoption, build client relationships, and contribute to commercial growth while delivering high-impact outcomes across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Operational insurance business and/or IT/digital transformation consultancy experience for more than 7 years.
• Proven track record in IT strategy definition, organizational streamlining, or IT project management within large, complex organizations.
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and advising clients on AI adoption and emerging technologies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong team player, able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagements under guidance, ensuring timelines and deliverables; facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support existing clients and contribute to key accounts management.
• Identify opportunities, participate in proposals, and help develop new offerings and projects.
• Share ideas with the Engagement Manager on potential client needs to generate new work.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.
