Job summary

Allianz Consulting France seeks a highly motivated Principal Consultant for its CIO Advisory practice in Paris, France. The role focuses on IT strategy, organizational optimization, and project leadership within large, complex organizations, with emphasis on AI adoption and digital transformation.

You will lead engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to growth initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Allianz.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational insurance business and/or IT/digital transformation consultancy for 7+ years.
• Proven track record in IT strategy, organizational streamlining, or IT project management in large, complex organizations.
• Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and ability to advise on AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagements under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Support existing clients and manage key accounts.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to commercial proposals and new offerings.
• Share ideas with the Engagement Manager for potential client needs leading to new projects.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.
