Job summary

Alma is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own checkout, account creation and identity verification journeys, spanning online and in-store experiences. You will work at the intersection of consumer experience, merchant needs, and regulatory requirements.

Based in Paris with a hybrid model, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to improve conversion and trust across diverse markets. You will use data, experiments, and AI tools to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience on checkout, e-commerce, or high-volume consumer transactions.
• Comfort with funnels, experimentation, data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple product experiences.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration; ability to use AI tools to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Alma’s checkout experience across e-commerce and in-store journeys, reducing friction and supporting conversion.
• Own account creation and identity verification journeys, integrating KYC and CCD2 requirements into clear flows.
• Test, learn and repeat using funnel analysis and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Prioritize the roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders balancing consumer, merchant, business, risk and compliance needs.
