Job summary

Alma, a leader in buy now, pay later solutions, seeks a Senior Product Manager in Paris with a hybrid work model to own checkout experiences across online and in-store journeys.

You will drive account creation and identity verification flows, apply data insights and experimentation to reduce friction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize the roadmap while balancing consumer, merchant, and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• PM with checkout/e-commerce/payments experience.
• Able to use data to identify opportunities and measure success.
• Turn complex needs into simple product experiences.
• Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration; AI tooling welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Alma's checkout experience across e-commerce and in-store journeys.
• Own account creation and identity verification journeys, integrating KYC and CCD2 requirements.
• Test, learn and repeat using funnel analysis, customer insights and experimentation to measure impact.
• Prioritize the roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders balancing consumer, merchant, business, risk and compliance needs.
