Job summary

Alma is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategic topics spanning checkout conversion, account creation and identity verification. You will work at the intersection of consumer experience, merchant needs, business performance and regulatory requirements, reporting to the Group Product Manager in Paris.

The role is permanent (CDI) with a hybrid working model in Paris, offering opportunities to influence checkout at a pan-European scale and contribute to AI-assisted and new purchase

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager on checkout/e-commerce/payments.
Comfortable using data to define success metrics and prioritize initiatives.
Able to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive product experiences.

Responsibilities

Own checkout experience across e-commerce and in-store journeys to improve conversion.
Own account creation and identity verification journeys with KYC/CCD2 requirements.
Use funnel analysis and experiments to identify opportunities and measure impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance consumer, merchant, risk and regulatory needs.
