Magellan is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to drive strategic change initiatives for clients in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. You will participate in pre-sales, map user needs, and design governance and adoption plans.

You will facilitate workshops, assess impacts, and oversee scoping studies while contributing to IS transformation progress and expanding our service offerings. This role offers autonomy in early project phases, close collaboration with client teams, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management in client environments.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
• Ability to map user profiles and use cases.
• Familiarity with governance around AI in business processes.
