Job summary

Magellan France seeks a Senior IT M&A Consultant to drive IT transformation across the full M&A cycle, from master planning to change management. You will work with major accounts on strategic and operational aspects of IT integration or separation.

Responsibilities include conducting IT transformation studies, defining IT operating strategies, building business cases, and presenting to leadership teams while supervising junior consultants and collaborating with partners to develop offerings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT transformation studies for major account clients
• Define IT operations management strategies within M&A context
• Define and implement the IT master plan and long-/medium-term plans
• Audit IT processes and infrastructures to identify transaction risks
• Plan and support IT integration or separation: transition plan, TSA, and exit plan
• Conduct IT Due Diligence
• Build business cases
• Define and implement the Target Operating Model
• Develop client processes, procedures, and reporting
• Present to leadership teams
• Support change management in technology transformations (Network, Cloud, Workplace)
• Supervise consultants on engagements and internal workstreams
• Collaborate with partners to develop the practice's offerings
