• Experience with ERP systems like Navision is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage a customer portfolio for timely follow-up via phone and email.
• Drive cash collection activities and collaborate with Shared Service Center.
• Resolve customer account issues and disputes within agreed timelines.
