Naboo, a global leader in Meetings & Events Spend Management, is hiring a Cash Collection & Dunning Associate to join its Corporate Finance team in Paris. You will monitor aging balances, follow up on invoices, and collaborate with global enterprise clients to confirm payment dates and remittance.

The ideal candidate has a Bac+3 degree, 0–2 years in cash collection or AR, fluent French and English, and an interest in automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) from a Business school or equivalent university degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in Cash Collection, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations (internships, apprenticeships, or first entry-level role).
• Native/Fluent in French and fluent in English to manage international clients.
• Strong understanding of invoices and corporate finance concepts: P&L interpretation, cash flow analysis.
• Curiosity for automation tools and AI applied to finance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor aging balances daily and follow up on overdue invoices across channels.
• Upload invoices, POs, and docs into client portals (Coupa, Ariba, Taulia).
• Match bank transfers to invoices and resolve payment questions with Sales/Ops.
