Acolad group in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Team Leader Debt Collection to oversee debt recovery activities and lead the collections team. This role combines hands-on management of customer receivables with team coordination and process improvement.

You will optimize cash collection performance, reduce DSO, manage complex accounts, and report on KPIs to Finance Directors. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and thrives in a fast-paced international

Qualifications

• Proven experience in debt collection, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Experience leading or coaching a collections team.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Receivable, including FEBAN and reconciliation.
• Experience with debt collection tools; CashNow is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of collection processes, dispute management, and cash flow optimization.
• Ability to prepare and present operational and performance reports.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical, resilient, and able to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and monitor the customer aged receivables portfolio.
• Perform daily follow-up of customer accounts to identify overdue balances and risks.
• Oversee collection activities via the collection management tool (calls, emails, letters).
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce delays and improve cash flow.
• Prepare and support negotiations of payment plans and settlements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of collection actions.
• Escalate to Legal Department for pre-litigation when necessary.
• Lead team meetings and provide guidance to debt collectors.
• Produce regular receivables updates and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs: Cash Collection, DSO, and Dispute Resolution.
