Qualifications

• Experience in care operations or service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Ability to translate roadmaps into executable plans and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and execution plan for your vertical within Care Ops.
• Diagnose performance gaps along the care journey and translate into a clear roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Data, Engineers, and Care teams.
• Coach and support team members to grow scope and impact through feedback and structured problem-solving.
• Manage outsourcing/partner governance and ensure cost-to-serve aligns with quality.
