Alan is hiring a Care Ops to support the Care Community across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You will own tooling, drive efficiency, and partner with Product, Ops and Data to deliver on the roadmap, while maintaining outstanding user experience.

We value English and French communication, strong project management, and a passion for process optimization and AI-enabled workflows. You will lead tooling, automation, and integrations, helping scale support for millions of members.

Qualifications

• English and French proficiency required.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Passion for process optimization and rapid iteration.
• Robust data analytics abilities, including SQL.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated growth potential and curiosity in no-code, AI, and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Efficiency and performance monitoring: analyze SLAs, ticket frameworks, and share actionable insights.
• Improve scalability through automation, externalization, or AI use cases; push efficiency needs to Product teams.
