What You'll Do:
As a Senior Business Analyst within the Monetize Tribe, you will act as a key interface between the business teams and Internal IT, working hand‑in‑hand with the Product Owner. Your scope covers a mix of applications, including SAP BRIM, .NET and low‑code / no‑code solutions. You will capture business needs, translate them into actionable functional requirements, challenge and refine them, and oversee end‑to‑end solution delivery. You partner closely with developers, SAP BRIM experts, tech leads and business stakeholders to ensure scalability, performance and reliability across the applications.
Business Partnering
- Act as primary IT counterpart for Monetize process owners (mainly Finance).
- Support the IT Monetize Product Owner by delivering thorough functional and data analysis to guide solution design and decision‑making.
- Challenge requests when necessary to ensure feasibility, consistency and alignment with architectural principles and technical best practices.
Functional Design
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Convert requirements into functional specifications.
- Align impacts with Tech Lead & Solution Architects (data, integrations, security, reporting) and investigate, diagnose, and help resolve complex issues.
- Define UX/UI expectations in collaboration with Product Owner and business teams.
Delivery, UAT & Release Readiness
- Define or contribute to clear acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are fully testable and aligned with business expectations.
- Oversee change delivery end‑to‑end, including impact analysis, test planning, coordination of UAT activities and defect follow‑up.
- Participate in release reviews and confirm readiness before deployment.
Transition Management Between Legacy and SAP BRIM
- Ensure continuity of operations during the transition phase.
- Define and coordinate the articulation between legacy and target SAP BRIM.
- Oversee historical data migration and validation activities.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work in close partnership with AR, AP, Billing key users and the Product Owner to explore creative approaches, encourage proofs of concept and foster a culture of experimentation.
- Document solution configurations and functional processes to build Criteo’s internal knowledge base and ensure long‑term autonomy.
- Contribute to our functional and technological watch: actively stay informed on tech updates (AI, low‑code / no‑code) and assess their relevance to optimize Finance processes.
Who You Are:
- Hybrid profile: equally comfortable animating a requirements workshop, getting information directly from the database and configuring the system yourself.
- 8+ years of total experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or product‑adjacent technical role.
- Strong hands‑on and operational mindset, driven to investigate, diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent understanding of integration impacts (APIs, data flows) in a multi‑system landscape (ERP + Billing system).
- Experience with SAP BRIM and .NET technologies.
- Solid understanding of monetization, billing or subscription‑based processes.
- Strong communication skills, ability to partner effectively with Finance stakeholders and technical teams. Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Multi‑country ERP rollout experience (e‑invoicing, tax localization).
- Experience with AI and low‑code / no‑code technologies and ability to propose innovative and pragmatic solution approaches.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Oracle Analytics Cloud, EPM, or related Oracle SaaS solutions.
