Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced BioPharma Senior Sales Specialist to accelerate adoption of our sequencing technology across the pharma and biotech sector in EMEAI.

The role can be based in France, Belgium or the Netherlands and requires frequent travel across the region. Reporting to the Director Biopharma Sales, you will build strategic relationships with key accounts, create complex account plans, manage deal strategy, and translate customer insights into revenue

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in pharma/biopharma sales and account management.
• Ability to build and execute complex account plans across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in Biopharma segments.

Aufgaben

• Drive the EMEAI Biopharma commercial strategy and revenue targets.
• Develop and own strategic account plans across key accounts and sites.
• Own deal strategy for regional accounts with potential national/global scope.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline in pharma, biotech, CROs, and CDMOs.
• Develop senior relationships within key accounts to accelerate growth.
• Identify high-value opportunities across drug discovery and development.
• Translate customer evaluations into scaled uses of Oxford Nanopore technology.
• Partner with Field Sales to coordinate account strategy and execution.
• Maintain forecasting discipline and provide visibility of performance.
