Job summary

Swan in Paris seeks a Senior Regulatory Officer to strengthen its Compliance Framework for banking activities. You will work with Legal and Compliance to support regulatory topics and ensure alignment with applicable requirements throughout business initiatives.

Collaborate with Risk and Product teams to review new features, advise on regulatory considerations, and help update internal documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory affairs relating to banking activities.
• Ability to monitor regulatory developments and assess impact.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Product teams on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise Swan’s teams on all banking regulatory matters.
• Contribute to the execution and improvement of partnership and supplier agreements.
• Update and improve terms and conditions for users entrusting funds and payments to Swan.
• Act as a point of contact for the Risk team in managing Swan’s products.
• Ensure Swan’s products comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
