Job summary

Swan in Paris is seeking a Senior Regulatory Officer to strengthen its Compliance Framework and ensure banking activities comply with applicable regulations. You will support regulatory monitoring, draft and review terms with partners and suppliers, and work with Legal, Risk and Product teams to assess regulatory impact on new features.

You will contribute to ongoing compliance checks, improve internal documentation, and help communicate regulatory requirements clearly across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise Swan’s teams on all banking regulatory matters
• Contribute, in close collaboration with the Legal team, to the execution and continuous improvement of partnership and supplier agreements
• Contribute, in close collaboration with the Legal team, to the update and continuous improvement of general and specific terms and conditions applicable to users entrusting their funds and payments to Swan
• Act as a point of contact for the Risk team in managing the deployment and continuous improvement of Swan’s products
• Ensure the compliance of the products marketed by Swan with applicable regulatory requirements
