Job summary

Swan, in Paris, a leading embedded banking partner for software companies, seeks a CX Banking Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day Banking Operations team. You’ll coach Specialists, manage escalations, and optimize processes to ensure a reliable, compliant experience for partners and end customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer support, banking operations, or a similar field.
• Previous team lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Banking Operations Specialists with regular feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure high-quality execution; manage workloads and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, Compliance and Legal to resolve recurring issues.
• Handle escalations and be SME on banking operations tickets.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and account closures processes.
