Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on backend software engineering experience.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Hybrid work location in Lyon/Tassin-la-Demi-Lune or Paris.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable back-end features for MicroApps.
• Define long-term architectural choices and sustainable technical solutions.
• Build high-performance APIs with frontend teams and integrate AI tools.
• Contribute to automated testing strategies and code reviews.
• Ensure observability and monitoring for high availability.
• Integrate AI workflows to accelerate development and documentation.
• Structure codebase and context for AI accuracy across testing and API design.
