LumApps is seeking a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our hybrid team in France. You will respond to customer inquiries via email or tickets, diagnose issues remotely, and guide users through platform features to maximize adoption and satisfaction.

Fluency in French and English is required, with strong organizational and empathetic communication skills. The role offers hybrid work with in-office days and remote flexibility across offices.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (B2), written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support or technical assistance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and show empathy with customers.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer requests accurately and diligently via email or ticket.
• Organize and conduct remote sessions to diagnose and identify product defects.
• Identify customer needs and help customers understand/use the platform's features.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests in parallel.
• Escalate requests that cannot be handled by support to the right teams.
• Follow up with Premium Support customers as a privileged point of contact.
• Proactively participate in AI transition and growth by identifying automation solutions to reduce manual tasks.
• Ensure customer follow-up to check that technical requests are handled.
