Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of backend experience.
• Experience with API design and databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ability to leverage AI tooling in development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend feature design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Define long-term architectural choices.
• Build high-performance APIs with frontend teams.
• Drive automated testing, code reviews, and process improvements.
• Monitor service health and performance with observability tools.
• Integrate AI workflows and tooling into engineering practices.
• Structure codebase rules and context for AI accuracy.
