Voodoo is seeking a Growth Manager to own the scaling of its flagship mobile games and portfolios. You will lead performance marketing, user acquisition, and non-paid growth levers to drive aggressive game growth.

In the first 6–9 months you will ramp up in UA and growth strategy, collaborating with a global team of experts across marketing and product. Paris-based hybrid role with flexible remote days.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole).
• 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.
• Execute all acquisition channels: paid UA plus partnerships, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize impact of resources.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance and uncover growth opportunities.
