Visa is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Commercial Solutions in France, Belgium & Luxembourg to drive growth in B2B payments. You will develop issuer relationships, acquire new partners across banks, fintechs, ERP platforms and software providers, and lead expansion of Visa’s B2B payments ecosystem.

You will implement growth strategies, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue, while traveling across the region as needed.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or partnership management, ideally within payments, fintech or financial services.
• Strong commercial DNA with a proactive pipeline generation and revenue-growth mindset.
• Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including banks, fintechs and B2B payment trends.
• Experience with Commercial Cards, Virtual Cards and B2B payments is highly desirable.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strategic relationships across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of Visa Commercial Solutions growth strategy across France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Originate, develop and close new business opportunities with financial institutions, fintechs, corporates and ecosystem partners.
• Drive adoption of Visa Commercial Cards, Virtual Cards and B2B payment solutions.
• Support the development of Visa’s B2B Acceptance strategy with key partners and ERP providers.
• Build executive-level relationships with issuers, fintechs and partners.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities in B2B payments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Acceptance and Marketing to accelerate revenue growth.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Represent Visa Commercial Solutions at meetings and industry events.
• Educate internal teams on Commercial Solutions products and market trends.
