Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a senior consultant to join its Digital and Technology Services practice in Paris. You will structure problem statements, develop hypotheses, and test them with data to drive tangible outcomes for private equity and corporate clients.

You will lead workstreams, build robust analyses, and translate results into executive-ready deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, supporting IT/digital transformation and strategic cost reduction programs.

Qualifications

Strong consulting toolkit: framing issues, building hypotheses, data-driven conclusions.
Experience developing Excel-based models and creating presentations/reports in PowerPoint/Word.
Exposure to Target Operating Model design, IT/digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and cost reduction.
Fluent business-level English & French mandatory; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of engagement teams, structuring problem statements and testing with data.
Lead discrete workstreams, perform robust analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Develop financial/operational models in Excel and communicate recommendations in presentations.
Support delivery of complex change across target operating model design, IT/digital transformation, and strategic cost reduction.
Contribute to IT due diligence, integration/separation planning, and value creation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day client interactions.
Embrace AI-enabled tools to enhance throughput, quality, and pace of delivery.
