Job summary

Jobgether partner is seeking a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation based in France to lead the design and delivery of AI-driven automation initiatives across enterprise processes.

You will work with business and engineering teams to translate strategies into epics, define patterns, and ensure measurable value from discovery to production, shaping reusable architectures and improving delivery practices in an AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or technical/process consulting.
• Significant experience delivering technical solutions for business stakeholders or customers.
• Proven track record leading process orchestration initiatives from discovery through production.
• Strong business analysis and process management capabilities, including discovery workshops.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN and translating requirements into robust designs.
• Experience with enterprise solution and data architecture, including integrations and APIs.
• AI-first mindset with experience designing enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Willingness to learn and use partner company product and platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to production and value realization.
• Lead discovery workshops with process owners to assess workflows and define target processes.
• Determine orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and human interventions.
• Translate target processes into epics, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and delivery increments.
• Design enterprise solutions aligned with reference architecture and introduce new patterns.
• Coordinate technical delivery with engineers, managing priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders and sponsors, communicating progress.
• Define and monitor measurable value for each initiative and increment.
• Incorporate delivery insights into architecture and methodology.
