Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Applied AI Engineer based in France to design and build autonomous AI agents and their supporting infrastructure.

You will develop memory, context management, tool-calling, and orchestration for agentic systems, ensuring production readiness and reliable performance. You’ll shape the AI engineering strategy while collaborating with product and operations teams.

Formación

• Strong software engineering background delivering complex systems from concept to production.
• Practical experience building production AI or agentic systems in real environments.
• Understanding of reliability, latency, context management, evaluation and observability.
• Experience with agent architectures, tool use, and structured outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the technical foundations of agentic systems and AI workflows.
• Develop reusable AI infrastructure for rapid, reliable production deployment.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and detect failures.
• Integrate testing, tracing, debugging, and evaluation into the lifecycle.
• Create validation processes for agentic workflows prior to production release.
• Advance LLM use in software development with AI-assisted workflows.
• Enable coding agents and subagents to explore code and iterate with minimal human input.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Establish architectural patterns and engineering standards for agentic systems.
