The role involves significant leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with Group standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience, including managing architecture teams and driving digital transformation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture or IS architecture.
• Significant experience in a software publisher and understanding of product logic.
• Experience with Group-wide IS transformation programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, AI-native architecture.
• Ensure compliance with Generali Group standards.
• Manage a team of architects and the architecture community.
