Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to own the Android experience end-to-end within the AI Product team, building user-facing AI agent experiences used by 750,000+ businesses to manage their finances.

You will work in small, autonomous squads under Sophie, our AI Product Lead, collaborating with Product, iOS, Backend and Frontend to ship features, ensure reliability, and scale AI capabilities across the app in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient Kotlin/Android development experience.
• Fast learner with product-driven mindset, fintech or regulated industry is a plus.
• Daily use of AI coding tools to boost output and quality.
• Clear, structured communication of technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ship Android features for AI agents from scoping to release with speed and quality.
• Architect clean, SOLID, testable code suitable for a regulated banking environment.
• Leverage AI coding tools daily to accelerate delivery.
• Coordinate with Product, iOS, Backend and Frontend to align Android features with the Web and platforms.
