Job summary

Qonto is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to own the Android experience for our AI-first product. You will build user-facing AI agent experiences used by over 750,000 businesses, working in autonomous squads under Sophie, our AI Product Lead.

You will ship features quickly with solid architecture, leverage AI coding tools daily, and collaborate with Product, iOS, Backend and Frontend teams to scale the Android app while maintaining high standards in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent Kotlin and Android experience delivering production apps.
• Fintech or regulated industry background is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Ship Android features for AI agents from scoping to release.
• Architect clean, testable Android code suitable for regulated banking.
• Daily use of AI coding tools to accelerate development.
• Coordinate with Product, iOS, Backend and Frontend teams to align features.
