Upsun is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Science and Engineering team. You will work with large platform and business data to deliver clear insights, models, and metrics that shape product decisions. Proficiency in SQL, DBT, Python, and cloud data tooling is essential.

You will collaborate across technical and business teams, design scalable data architectures, and guide data-driven initiatives in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with SQL and DBT in large datasets.
• Proficient Python, Git, and CI/CD practices for data projects.
• Experience building data models on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Curiosity for testing new tools and improving data workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement data models and architectures for analytics products.
• Define and own key business metrics and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements.
• Lead data modeling projects and select appropriate tools and architectures.
• Scale solutions to petabyte-scale datasets and optimize data costs.
