MYM is building a scalable data warehouse to empower over 50 employees across Product, Growth and Finance, serving 19M users and 130k DAU. As Analytics Engineer you will bridge raw data and business insights, designing robust models and maintaining a trusted data source.

You will define tracking plans, own data lifecycle from ingestion to usage, and collaborate with squads including product and engineering to deliver self-service analytics and real-time processing.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer in AdTech / MarTech or high-traffic environments.
• Specialized Skills: Tracking, CDP, Data Marketing, and AB Testing.
• Analytical Depth: Proven experience in predictive analysis and scenario building.
• SQL & DBT Mastery: Advanced expertise in SQL and deep experience with DBT for data transformation.
• Data Modeling: Strong appetite for data modeling and scalable architectures.
• Analytics & Statistics: Proficiency in statistics and product analytics.
• Programming & Cloud: Python and knowledge of AWS environments (Redshift, Spectrum) and DevOps basics.
• High-Volume Optimization: Ability to optimize data processes for high-traffic environments.

Responsabilités

• Build & Model: Design and implement efficient data models from diverse sources to serve as the Single Source of Truth.
• Help define and manage the tracking plan to ensure coverage of all features.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage ingestion, transformation, and usage through visualization and reverse ETL.
• Technical Implementation: Deploy new solutions for tracking and real-time data processing.
• Data Excellence: Improve data quality, documentation, and versioning.
