Filigran is seeking a Senior Analytics / Data Engineer to own the Enterprise Data Platform end-to-end in a fully remote, async-first setting. You will turn raw data from across the company into reliable pipelines, trusted models, and governed data.

The role focuses on analytics engineering with data quality, observability, and governance, while maintaining ingestion pipelines and enabling KPI dashboards. Collaboration spans Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Support, and People.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Analytics Engineering / Data Engineering with hands-on dbt mastery.
• Strong SQL and Python for data transformation and scripting.
• Experience with ingestion/orchestration pipelines (Airflow, Airbyte).
• Cross-functional communicator who turns problems into KPIs and dashboards.
• Autonomous, end-to-end ownership in an async-first environment.

Responsabilités

• Analytics Engineering: model and transform data with dbt across staging to marts.
• Own data quality, observability, testing, monitoring, and governance.
• Build dashboards in Metabase and maintain a data catalog.
• Maintain and scale ingestion pipelines (Airbyte/Airflow) from external sources.
• Partner with teams to define KPIs and enable self-serve analytics.
