Job summary

Filigran, a remote-first cybertech company, is hiring a Senior Analytics / Data Engineer to own the Enterprise Data Platform end-to-end—from ingestion to consumption. You will turn raw data into reliable pipelines, governed data, and KPI dashboards used across the company.

You'll focus on analytics engineering: data quality, governance, observability, and building self-serve analytics. Strong dbt, SQL, Python, and orchestration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering / Data Engineering with hands-on dbt expertise.
• Experience with ingestion/orchestration pipelines (Airflow, Airbyte or equivalents) to maintain and fix pipelines.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data transformation, ingestion and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Engineering — model and transform data; maintain data quality, reliability and observability.
• Data Engineering — maintain and scale ingestion pipelines (Airbyte / Airflow).
• Data Analyst / BI — partner with teams to define metrics and KPIs; build self-serve analytics.
