Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst for BCG Vantage, focusing on Airline Commercial & Operations. You will bring deep industry expertise to support case teams, help shape strategic recommendations, and build reusable tools and materials for executives.

You will collaborate with global teams to deliver practical insights, participate in client meetings, and contribute to IP development and tool design in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years direct hands-on experience in airline or airport industry.
• Background in network planning, airport operations, ground handling, or flight operations is valued.
• Familiar with industry tools such as NetLine/Plan or Sabre AirVision.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert knowledge to case teams on how the airline/airport industry actually works.
• Create and improve analyses, frameworks, tools, and slide decks for relevant engagements.
• Develop reusable tools and GenAI-enabled solutions for client projects.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for senior leaders and participate in client meetings.
