Boston Consulting Group is seeking a (Senior) AI Architect to collaborate with client leadership to design and deliver high-impact AI solutions. You will translate strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes, from core system modernization to GenAI-enabled use cases across industries.

You will work with BCG Platinion teams to blend technology, software craftsmanship and business insight, guiding delivery with agile practices and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of software engineering, data & AI delivery, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on GenAI use case implementation, ML engineering, or data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based development and software modernization.
• Strong understanding of AI translating to business value.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and MLOps practices.
• Entrepreneurial drive with proactive ownership and innovation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with client leadership to identify and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Shape and implement digital initiatives combining technology, craftsmanship, and business insight.
• Own key workstreams and ensure delivery quality with modern software practices.
• Contribute to GenAI diffusion across industries and support business development.
• Collaborate with MDs, consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams.
