Boston Consulting Group is seeking a (Senior) AI Tech Consultant to partner with client leadership to diagnose technology challenges, define IT strategies, and translate recommendations into measurable results. You will design IT architectures leveraging AI/GenAI, cloud, microservices, and containerization.

You will own project workstreams, guide client teams, ensure delivery quality, and manage risks, while helping clients adopt agile delivery models to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in IT strategy or consulting.
• Proven impact in IT modernization, enterprise/solution architecture, data & analytics.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders; fluent in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and go-to-market contribution.
