Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager, BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path to bring CX and Sales expertise to a growing global team. You'll help colleagues craft client pitches for CX projects, understand client needs, and determine if the Sales & Service team is the right fit.

You will surface client pain points, assemble relevant examples, share POVs, and contribute to IP development and go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years consulting experience in relevant customer service topic.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Hands-on experience in a B2C context in customer research, channel performance diagnostics, customer journey mapping, or CX operating model design.
• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues.
• Experience learning and applying AI-enabled tools.
• Fluency in English; other languages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support client pitches with CX and Sales expertise.
• Surface client pain points and assemble relevant examples.
• Share POVs and contribute to thought leadership assets for pitches.
• Line-manage junior colleagues and support career development.
