Job summary

Trustpair is seeking a senior Business Operations Manager for AI & Strategic Projects in Paris to scale our AI initiatives across teams and functions. You will lead end-to-end strategic projects, shape the internal AI roadmap, and build scalable processes while maintaining risk controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from engineering or business school required.
• Minimum 5 years in structured/multidisciplinary environments (e.g., management/strategy consulting, M&A, investment banking, PE).
• Hands-on startup/scale-up experience with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Turn Trustpair’s AI ambitions into secure, high‑value use cases adopted across teams.
• Lead strategic projects end to end from problem framing to implementation.
• Support governance through masterplans, decision forums, and follow‑up.
