Nabla is seeking an AI Engineer to join our engineering squads in Paris. You will own end-to-end features leveraging LLMs to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient care, collaborating with product managers and other engineers.

Bring 3+ years of production coding experience and strong backend skills (Java, Kotlin, C++, Go) plus hands-on work with LLM APIs. Remote policy allows 1-2 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing production code.
• Proficient in one or more back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, C++, Go, etc.).
• Built features using LLM provider APIs, including prompting and evaluation.
• Turn fuzzy product requirements into working, testable pipelines.
• Passion for redefining workflows to improve patient care.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Bonus: experience with multi-agent systems or agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Build agentic pipelines: chains of LLM-based agents that work together on complex tasks.
• Redefine clinicians’ workflows with AI to unlock efficiencies and better care.
• Integrate LLM provider APIs into production features.
• Design prompts and evaluation frameworks and iterate based on results.
• Write clean, production-grade code and own features end to end.
• Collaborate with product managers to turn model capabilities into features.
