Nabla is seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer to join a cross-functional squad, delivering high-impact AI features for clinicians and patients. You will own end-to-end development from design to deployment in a live healthcare setting.

You’ll work with Kotlin backend services, integrate OpenAI, Anthropic and other APIs, and contribute to agent orchestration frameworks that streamline clinical documentation and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing production code.
• Proficient in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C++, Python).
• Built features using LLM provider APIs with prompting and evaluation.
• Turn fuzzy product requirements into working, testable pipelines.
• Passion for redefining workflows to improve patient care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bonus: experience with multi-agent systems or orchestration frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Build agentic pipelines: chains of LLM-based agents that work together on clinical tasks.
• Go beyond ambient scribing to redefine clinicians’ workflows with AI.
• Integrate LLM provider APIs into production features.
• Design prompts and build evaluation frameworks to measure output quality and iterate.
• Write clean, production-grade code and own features end to end from design to deployment.
• Work closely with product managers to turn model capabilities into reliable, scalable product features.
