Nabla in Paris is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to lead high‑impact ML projects at the intersection of healthcare and AI. You will own end‑to‑end ML initiatives, from model design to production deployment, in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team.

You will mentor engineers, push research, and collaborate with ML/Engineering/Product squads. The role offers hybrid work in Paris, with 1‑2 remote days per week and occasional remote weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training and deploying neural networks in real‑world use cases.
• Strong leadership: lead ML projects, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers.
• Advanced Python coding, production‑ready software engineering sense.
• Vision for AI in healthcare and redefining clinician workflows.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages a plus.
