Jus Mundi, headquartered in Paris with offices in New York, London, and Singapore, is building the AI layer for international law and arbitration. We seek a Senior AI engineer to own applied AI systems—search relevance, RAG over legal documents, and autonomous research agents—across squads.

You will turn ambiguous problems into technical roadmaps, ship production features, and raise the bar on evaluation, data quality, and reliability in a fast-growing, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features to production with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of retrieval, RAG, and evaluation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and synthetic data generation.
• Strong Python and backend skills; able to mentor and drive roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Own search relevance and ranking over a multilingual legal corpus with measurable impact.
• Design and build agent orchestration, memory, tool calling, and planning loops.
• Design rigorous evaluation pipelines, benchmarks, and regression suites.
• Fine-tune models and generate synthetic data; improve model reliability.
• Ship AI features to production and ensure latency, cost, and reliability.
• Build shared tooling and patterns to accelerate squads and mentor peers.
