Jus Mundi is building the AI layer for international law and arbitration, turning a multilingual corpus of case law into trusted, cited answers. We seek a Senior AI engineer to own retrieval, RAG, and autonomous agents with production-grade impact across squads.

You will design and ship end-to-end AI systems, mentor engineers, and help raise the bar on evaluation, benchmarking, and data generation. This is a hands-on senior role with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features to production with measurable impact.
• Strong command of vector databases, retrieval, and RAG architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing agent orchestration loops with memory and planning.
• Experience fine-tuning models (LoRA/QLoRA) and generating synthetic data.
• Engineering foundations in Python; full-stack fluency preferred.
• Excellent evaluation methodology and automated eval pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Own retrieval relevance and ranking over a multilingual legal corpus.
• Design and run rigorous evals and benchmarks.
• Architect and implement agent orchestration loops and memory.
• Fine-tune models and generate synthetic data.
• Deploy features to production and ensure latency and reliability.
• Develop shared tooling and infra for the AI platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and participate in hiring.
