Jus Mundi is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own applied AI systems, including search relevance, RAG over multilingual legal documents, and autonomous research agents. You will shape technical roadmaps, ship production features, and mentor teams.

Strong emphasis on agent orchestration, evaluation, and synthetic data drives will define success. The role blends hands-on model work with system design and cross-team collaboration, reporting to the AI leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered features to production with measurable impact.
• Strong command of vector databases, retrieval, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience building agent orchestration loops and memory systems.
• Deep understanding of evaluation methods and benchmarking for AI systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and ship AI features with measurable product impact.
• Own retrieval relevance, agent orchestration, and memory management.
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines and regression suites.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and contribute to RFCs.
