Brevo is seeking a software engineer to accelerate the rollout of AI Ops initiatives, delivering pragmatic, end-to-end autonomous AI agents and maintaining a whole-system view. You will design, build, and operate AI agents in production, ensuring robust deployment, monitoring, and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping and running production systems.
• High level of curiosity and ability to turn fuzzy problems into shipped solutions.
• DevOps fluent: end-to-end deployment, infra-as-code, and network debugging.
• Hands-on experience shipping agents to production with prompt engineering.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate AI agents in production (multi-agent arch).
• Ship fast with daily iterations driven by production bugs and tickets.
• Deploy and monitor: CI/CD pipelines, sandbox and production environments, observability.
• Define agent evaluations and ensure context is accurate and controlled.
• Collaborate with CX, RevOps, and Data to align on architecture and needs.
