Brevo is hiring a software engineer to accelerate AI Ops initiatives by building and operating AI agents in production. You will own multi-agent pipelines from development to deployment, with strong focus on observability, testing, and end-to-end reliability.

The role demands shipping capabilities across data, CX, and RevOps teams in a fast-paced environment. You should have 5+ years shipping production systems, a whole-system mindset, and hands-on experience with ADK, LangChain, and AI prompt

Qualifications

5+ years shipping and running production systems.
Whole-system thinking and ability to weigh business impact of technical choices.
DevOps fluent: end-to-end deployment, infra-as-code, network debugging.
Hands-on experience shipping agents to production (ADK, LangChain).
Experience with AI agents, evaluation, and prompt engineering.

Responsabilités

Design, build, and operate AI agents in production (multi-agent architecture).
Ship daily iterations driven by real production bugs and tickets.
Own deployment end-to-end: CI/CD, sandbox vs production, deployment scripts, monitoring.
Design agent evaluations and ensure proper context handling and testing.
Collaborate with CX, RevOps, and Data to align agent platform architecture.
