Brevo is expanding its product footprint with Brevo OS, an AI-native operating system for small businesses. You will help shape what it becomes, shaping the architecture, data, and agent-based workflows while collaborating with product, frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI teams.

The role is hands-on, fast-moving, and focused on practical delivered outcomes in production. You’ll work in a language-agnostic, international team, using TypeScript and Kubernetes to build scalable features

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with coding agents central to how you work.
• Ownership of problems from definition to production.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing product scope.
• English as working language; French not required.

Responsabilités

• Turn high level business needs into concrete features and data models.
• Decide platform primitives to extend, build, deploy and improve in production.
• Collaborate across product, frontend, backend, data, infra, and AI teams.
• Lead development of agent-based workflows and code delegation.
• Decompose problems for agent execution and provide clear context.
• Verify outcomes with tests and instrumentation.
• Work daily with TypeScript, Kubernetes, and agentic frameworks.
